Personal data processing policy

This Policy describes processing and protection of personal data of users of “Octyx” at https://octyx.app (the “Site”).

The data controller is IE Rezvantsev Andrey Vladimirovich (OGRNIP: 323246800039368, INN: 245905335067), the “Operator”.

1. General

1.1. This Policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1.2. Using the Site and Platform means acceptance of this Policy.

1.3. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Purposes

  • User identification in the Account.
  • Providing access to the Octyx SaaS and related services.
  • Support, notices, and handling requests.
  • Payment processing via payment providers.
  • Marketing emails only with separate consent.

3. Data categories

  • Email address.
  • Name (if provided in profile).
  • Phone (if provided).
  • Technical data: IP, cookies, browser/device info, access timestamps.
  • Business data the User uploads (catalog, orders, organization customers) as needed to provide the service.

The User warrants lawful grounds to upload third-party personal data (customers) and is responsible for its content.

4. Processing

4.1. Processing is lawful and fair.

4.2. Security uses legal, organizational, and technical measures under 152-FZ.

4.3. Databases with Russian citizens’ personal data are hosted in the Russian Federation.

4.4. Transfers to third parties only with consent, to perform the contract (e.g. payment gateway), or as required by law.

5. Payment data

5.1. The Operator does not store full card numbers.

5.2. Payments occur on the acquirer’s secure page. The Operator receives payment status and masked transaction identifiers.

6. Updates and withdrawal

6.1. Users may update data in the Account.

6.2. Withdraw consent by emailinghello@octyx.app with subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

6.3. Withdrawal may prevent further use of the services.
