Payment & refunds

1. Card payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Mir. Additional methods (SberPay, T-Pay, Yandex Pay) may be enabled as acquirer integrations allow.

Online payments follow payment-network rules with confidentiality and security controls, encryption, and closed channels.

Card data is entered on the acquirer’s secure page (Alfa-Bank or YooKassa). Octyx never sees or stores your full card details.

2. Service delivery

After successful payment, SaaS access (or AI token pack credit) is granted in the Account immediately, and no later than 24 hours after payment.

3. Refunds

Under Russian law, a proper-quality software license is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No refunds for subscriptions or token packs: the service is deemed delivered when access opens or tokens are credited.

If you cancel, access remains until the paid period ends. No pro-rata refund.

4. Data security

Personal information is confidential. Card data is transmitted encrypted only and is not stored on Octyx servers — handled by a PCI-certified acquirer.
